Adam serves as the Head of Group Reporting and Global Process Owner of Record-to-Report at Serco Group plc. He is responsible for a wide range of areas including external and internal reporting, technical accounting, systems, processes, and controls. Prior to moving into industry, Adam spent 10 years as an auditor at KPMG where he received his ACA having joined as a School Leaver.

Tanya has worked in Customer Success for four years, ensuring customers get maximum value out of the Workiva platform. Since joining Workiva, she remains focused on supporting customers in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. She led the recent Dublin Customer Exchange Event providing an opportunity for Global Statutory Reporting customers to network and share Workiva best practices.
